日本の女性たちは能力が高いと思います。
マルチタスクに長けているので、
生産性が高いのではないでしょうか。

Ａnd something else which is new for this 
program is that we have a diversity and
ethics training ,which is also compulsory
for all the students in the program.
This kind of training is common in the US,
but it's new or unusual in Japan.
And this is ...this aims to address the gender 
imbalance in the science education in Japan
and to try and overcome unconscious bias
towards women in the sciences or women...
the gender roles between women and men.

それからこのプログラムでは新しいことになりますが、
ダイバーシティと倫理に関する研修を、履修学生
全員に義務付けています。
このような研修はアメリカでは普及していますが、
日本では新しいというか、珍しいことです。
これにより日本の科学教育におけるジェンダーの
不均衡を是正し、科学分野における 女性に対する
あるいは、男女間の性別役割分担に対する
無意識の偏見を克服しようと努めることを
目指しています。
