先祖から受け継いだ土地に自然派
ワインを造るオーナーの人生哲学
から、利益を前面に押し出す会社、
主人公の会社の理念など、
別の観点からも学習意欲が沸きます。

さらに私はドラッガーの「マネジメント
基本と原則」の中で、｛企業とはなにか｝
を読み直してみたりも。
ドラッガーは、企業＝営利組織ではない
とし、利潤動機には意味がない。
企業の定義は「顧客を創造すること
にある」

ラジオビジネス英会話は、
