implications は、「ある行動や決定が
将来的に他の何かに及ぼす影響」という
意味でした。

「影響」はニュアンスが違う単語
がたくさんあるんですね～。

ramificationsは、さらに複雑にする
予期せぬ影響。
（an additional result of something 
you do,which may not have been
clear when you first decided to do it ）

では、influence 
(the power to affect the way someone 
or something develops behaves,or
thinks, without using direct force or orders)
感化するといった意味合いが強いのかな。

ｐ33では、「メディカルツーリズム」
という言葉が出てきました。
私は、富裕層が高度な医療を受けるため？
と思いましたが、インバウンド目的も
あるのですね。
