今回のテーマ、私がリーダーで思いつく人
は、栗山監督（ＷＢＣ）かな。

従来の見方は、
the traditional view of a storong
leader was someone who had 
all the answers.
(どんなことにも答えられる人）

Maybe it was someone who ruled
or led their  teams in a command-
and-contorol way.
（指揮統制モードでチームを
率いたり支配するような人だったかも）

現代では、
A leader who can leverage the diversity
of their teams, who can leverage the
different perspective and ways of 
thinking with their team and elicit ideas
from them so that as a team ,
they can come up with optimal solutions
 to the challenges we face.
(チームの多様性を生かして、チーム
とともに異なる視点や考え方を活用
し、チームからアイデアを引き出せる人）

そして常に進化でき学ぶこと。

リーダーが持つ過去の成功体験は、
現代ではもう通用しない。
Maybe their past experience of success
are no longer applicable today.
